While every effort is made to ensure that prices quoted are correct (and all products have been described accurately), orders will only be processed providing there are no material errors in item descriptions or prices as advertised on this website. Prices quoted are all inclusive of VAT. Any weights, dimensions and capacities given are approximations only. Whilst our products have been displayed as accurately as possible the colours you see will depend on your monitor and any display settings you have, so we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any particular colour will totally reflect the colour of the product on delivery. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Cause + Affect Limited disclaim all warranties (express or implied) as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the content on this website. Cause + Affect Limited have taken all possible steps to ensure that this website is virus free. Cause + Affect Limited shall not be liable for any loss or damage to computer equipment that occurs as a result of using this website.
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods ordered are unavailable.
You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which confirm your order on the final page of our ordering process.
We offer free delivery within the UK by first class recorded delivery. Other postal options are available within the UK and for International shipping, costs for these options will be shown during the checkout process.
Distance selling regulations give you the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of any goods. When delivery has been made to a third party you will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return to us the goods you ordered.
We will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in it’s original condition. Returns should be made within 28 days, in their original, undamaged packaging following the procedure outlined in the FAQ section of this website. We will refund the cost of the item to the original purchaser, or exchange the product if requested, once the original item is received by us. A refund of the delivery charge will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods only. If a product has not been returned to us in its original condition we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 50% of the original selling price from the refund amount. None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described.
